And out for five 1..2..3..4..5.. hold for 1.. two more to go; breath in for five 1..2..3..4..5.. hold for 1..2.. And out for five 1..2..3..4..5.. hold for 1.. last one deep breath in for five 1..2..3..4..5.. hold for 1..2.. And out for five 1..2..3..4..5.. hold for 1.. now go back to your regular breathing pattern. I hope you feel calm and relaxed.



Dream

I dream that

Animals won’t be endangered,

Oceans, rivers and lakes won’t be polluted,

Trees will grow and will only be cut down as and when they need to be,

We will find other ways of making plastic and paper,

What we next make will be fully biodegradable and as sustainable as possible.


I dream  that

 The next generations won’t have to clean up a big mess.

What we do now will help protect our one earth for now and in the future.

The changes we make now will stay and only get better,

The damage that we have already done can be undone before it worsens.


I dream that 

We learn from history, and we don’t repeat it,

We’ve made mistakes; we don’t need to keep making the same mistakes.

We trust what conservationists are saying. They know what they are talking about,

We protect our home as it’s not just our home but every living organism's home.


I dream that

As humans, we unite to save our planet,

As humans, we come together to save endangered animals,

As humans, we stop making animals endangered.

Life will evolve and change as it needs to,

Nothing stays the same. Everything has a reason and a season.


I dream that my future, your future and future generations have a planet to call home.

I dream that seas will stop rising, pollution will decrease and ice caps will stop melting.

I dream, and I know that we are smart enough to fix the problems we have created.

I dream that future generations learn what not to do and only continue to protect our home.

What we are doing is good, but we need to do and be better.

Our planet has fought. Soon it will fight no more.

I want to stop dreaming,

Let's start doing,

Before we

Run Out

Of 

Time.
