Mental Health Monday week 4

Catch-up

 Hi Thinking out loud here xx :D


This week I thought I would do a catch-up, I'm thinking I might do this every second week, as a little check-in and then on the other weeks do a regular MHM.


How have we all been this week, I personally have found it a bit mixed, but have jumped into several new projects which are helping keep my thoughts occupied and have made me able to think about multiple things as opposed to just one or two things. It seems to be the thing that works for me, and also keeps me from missing home which I have figured is what is getting to me at the moment. Of course, this is because of COVID (previous years away from home I have been absolutely fine.)


As much as it can be hard I have started looking towards the positives, I am with family as much as it isn’t my immediate family they are still part of my family, I have a job, I am able to still write (and upload blog posts even if they end up being late.) and for the most part, I am happy. I am able to realise a lot of people don’t have any of that at the moment and if you are one of those people please know you are not alone. 


Sorry this is only a short post this week, I will try and make next weeks a little longer, as always thank you for reading and I hope you have a lovely day wherever you are reading this from
